At Nordic Pulse Trading Group, we take your privacy and the security of your information seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected and processed when you use our website, Discord community, member portal, and Auto Execution services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the services you use, we may process information including:

• Discord account information used to authenticate your identity and verify membership.
• Membership and subscription status.
• Trading configuration such as selected exchange, risk per trade, leverage, enabled trading systems, and Auto Execution status.
• Exchange connection information required to provide Auto Execution services.
• Basic technical information such as IP address, browser, device information, and website activity where applicable.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment or membership providers. Nordic Pulse Trading Group does not directly store your payment card details.

2. Exchange API Credentials

Members using Auto Execution may provide exchange API credentials required to connect their exchange account to Nordic Pulse.

API credentials are encrypted before storage and are not displayed through the member or administrator dashboards after they have been saved.

Nordic Pulse Auto Execution requires trading permissions only. Members should never enable withdrawal permissions when creating API credentials for Nordic Pulse.

API credentials are used solely for providing the exchange-connected functionality requested by the member, including verifying the exchange connection and executing or managing trades when Auto Execution is enabled.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• Authenticate members and control access to member-only services.
• Verify membership status.
• Connect and verify supported exchange accounts.
• Provide and operate Auto Execution.
• Apply member-selected trading settings.
• Display relevant account and service information within the portal.
• Maintain the security, reliability and functionality of our systems.
• Diagnose technical problems and prevent abuse.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell members' personal information.

4. Auto Execution

When a member enables Auto Execution, Nordic Pulse systems may communicate with the member's connected exchange account to automatically execute and manage supported trading signals according to the member's configuration and the rules of the relevant trading system.

Members remain responsible for their exchange account, API permissions, selected risk settings, leverage and use of Auto Execution.

Disabling Auto Execution prevents the system from accepting new trades for that account. Existing positions may remain open and may continue to be managed according to the trading system's existing trade-management rules.

5. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by our systems.

Sensitive exchange credentials are encrypted before storage. API keys and secrets are not displayed in the member or administrator dashboards after being saved.

However, no internet-connected service, exchange API, database or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Members are responsible for protecting their Discord account, exchange account and other credentials associated with the service.

6. Third-Party Services

Nordic Pulse relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality. These may include membership/payment providers, Discord, and supported cryptocurrency exchanges such as Bybit and BloFin.

These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Information provided directly to a third-party service may therefore also be processed by that provider.

7. Cookies and Technical Data

We may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for authentication, security, session management, website functionality and analytics.

Disabling certain cookies may prevent parts of the member portal or website from functioning correctly.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Members may contact Nordic Pulse Trading Group regarding requests concerning their personal information or stored exchange credentials, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

9. Trading and Financial Information

Information relating to exchange accounts and trading configurations is processed only as necessary to provide the requested Nordic Pulse services.

Nordic Pulse Trading Group does not guarantee trading performance or profits. Trading cryptocurrencies and leveraged products involves substantial financial risk.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology or legal requirements change.

When material changes are made, the updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
