Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 9, 2026
Welcome to Nordic Pulse Trading Group. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nordic Pulse Trading Group’s website, Discord community, member portal, trading tools, signals, alerts and Auto Execution services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency trading services in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of Nordic Pulse, cryptocurrency exchanges, derivatives, leverage and Auto Execution is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you.
2. Nordic Pulse Services
Nordic Pulse provides access to trading-related tools and services that may include:
• Trading signals and market alerts
• Rule-based trading systems
• PO3 trading systems across supported timeframes
• Market scanners and analytical tools
• Member-only portal functionality
• Exchange integrations
• Automated trade execution and management (“Auto Execution”)
Features may be added, modified, suspended or removed as the Services develop.
3. Trading Risk
Cryptocurrency trading, derivatives and leveraged trading involve substantial financial risk and may result in partial or total loss of your trading capital.
Nordic Pulse does not guarantee profits, trading performance, win rates, returns or any particular outcome.
Historical results, backtests, simulated performance and past trading results do not guarantee future performance.
Members are responsible for deciding whether trading and the Nordic Pulse Services are appropriate for their financial circumstances and risk tolerance.
4. Not Financial Advice
Nordic Pulse Trading Group is not acting as your financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, portfolio manager or fiduciary.
Trading signals, market analysis, automated systems, educational materials and other information provided through Nordic Pulse should not be interpreted as personalized financial or investment advice.
You remain responsible for your trading decisions and use of the Services.
5. Auto Execution
Nordic Pulse Auto Execution allows eligible members to connect a supported exchange account and authorize Nordic Pulse systems to automatically execute and manage supported trading signals.
When Auto Execution is enabled, the system may automatically perform actions including:
• Opening long or short positions
• Calculating position size based on configured risk settings
• Applying configured leverage
• Placing and managing Stop Loss and Take Profit orders
• Moving Stop Loss according to Break-Even rules
• Monitoring and managing existing supported positions
These actions may occur automatically without additional confirmation from the member for each individual trade.
By enabling Auto Execution, you expressly authorize the system to perform these trading actions through your connected exchange account according to your selected settings and the applicable Nordic Pulse trading-system rules.
6. Auto Execution Controls
Members can enable or disable Auto Execution through the Nordic Pulse member portal.
Disabling Auto Execution is intended to prevent new supported signals from opening new positions on the account.
Existing positions may remain open and continue to be monitored and managed according to the applicable trading-system rules, including Stop Loss, Take Profit and Break-Even management.
If you want to close an existing position immediately, you remain responsible for managing or closing that position through your exchange where necessary.
Nordic Pulse administrators may disable Auto Execution for an account when reasonably necessary for security, safety, technical support, membership enforcement or protection of the Services.
7. Risk and Leverage Settings
Members are responsible for selecting their own risk-per-trade and leverage settings within the limits supported by the platform.
Higher risk and leverage can significantly increase losses, drawdowns and liquidation risk.
Any risk level displayed or recommended by Nordic Pulse is a general platform guideline and does not constitute personalized financial advice or guarantee that the selected level is safe for an individual member.
Members should not trade with funds they cannot afford to lose.
8. Exchange Accounts and API Credentials
Auto Execution requires connection to a supported third-party cryptocurrency exchange.
Members are responsible for:
• Maintaining their exchange account
• Creating and managing their API credentials
• Selecting appropriate API permissions
• Maintaining sufficient account balance and margin
• Following the exchange's terms and requirements
Nordic Pulse Auto Execution requires trading permissions only.
Members must not enable withdrawal permissions on API credentials provided to Nordic Pulse.
API credentials submitted through the Nordic Pulse portal are encrypted before storage and are not displayed through the member or administrator dashboards after being saved.
9. Third-Party Exchanges
Nordic Pulse does not control third-party cryptocurrency exchanges.
Exchange services may experience outages, API failures, maintenance, rate limits, execution delays, rejected orders, liquidity problems, price differences, slippage or other technical issues.
Nordic Pulse cannot guarantee that an exchange will accept, execute or manage every order exactly as intended.
Members remain subject to the terms, policies and technical limitations of their selected exchange.
10. Technical and Automation Risk
Automated trading systems involve technical risk.
Possible issues include, but are not limited to:
• Internet or server outages
• Exchange or API outages
• Delayed or rejected orders
• Slippage
• Insufficient margin or balance
• Incorrect or unavailable market data
• Software errors
• Exchange-side changes
• Unexpected execution prices
• Temporary loss of connectivity
Nordic Pulse works to maintain and test its systems, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Members should monitor their exchange accounts and should understand how to manually manage or close positions directly through their exchange if necessary.
11. Beta Features
Certain Nordic Pulse features, including new automation or portal functionality, may be released as beta or testing features.
Beta features may contain errors, change without notice or experience temporary interruptions.
Members who choose to use beta functionality acknowledge the additional technical and operational risks associated with testing software.
12. Accounts, Membership and Access
Access to certain Nordic Pulse Services may require an active membership and authentication through supported third-party services such as Discord or a membership/payment provider.
You are responsible for protecting your accounts and credentials.
You may not share, resell or provide unauthorized access to member-only Nordic Pulse Services unless expressly permitted.
Nordic Pulse may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of membership status, abuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
13. Prohibited Use
You may not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Nordic Pulse systems or other member accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to bypass security or membership controls
• Copy, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit protected Nordic Pulse systems, signals or materials without permission
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
14. Intellectual Property
Nordic Pulse trading systems, branding, logos, website materials, signals, software-related materials, written content and other proprietary materials are owned by Nordic Pulse Trading Group or used with permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Nordic Pulse intellectual property.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nordic Pulse Trading Group will not be responsible for trading losses or indirect, incidental, consequential or similar losses arising from or related to use of the Services, including Auto Execution, exchange integrations, signals, technical failures or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
16. No Warranty
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nordic Pulse does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every exchange environment, execution at a specific price or any particular trading result.
17. Payments and Refunds
Membership payments, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable purchase terms and Nordic Pulse Refund Policy.
Additional terms imposed by the payment or membership provider may also apply.
18. Privacy
Use of the Services is also subject to the Nordic Pulse Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when using the website, portal and connected services.
19. Changes to the Services or Terms
Nordic Pulse may modify these Terms or the Services as the platform develops or as legal, security or technical requirements change.
Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that may apply under applicable law.
